Crafted at Pipit is a small UK-based studio creating hand crocheted knitwear using British wool. Each piece is made slowly and thoughtfully, with a focus on natural materials and simple, functional design.
2. Products
All items are made by hand. Variations in stitch, size, and finish are a natural part of the process and contribute to the character of each piece.
No two items are exactly the same.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed through this website. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made and dispatched. During busier periods, this may take slightly longer.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Postage costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Delivery
Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
6. Use & Responsibility
Our products are designed for comfort and everyday use, but as with all accessories, they should be used with care.
Dog snoods should be worn under supervision and removed if any discomfort occurs.
7. Liability
Every effort is made to ensure products are accurately described and carefully made.
Crafted at Pipit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is organised by Crafted at Pipit, operated by Pipit Creative.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:

Comment on the giveaway post, tagging one dog-loving friend
Each eligible comment tagging one friend counts as one entry. Participants may enter more than once, provided each entry is a separate eligible comment.
Sharing the giveaway post to Instagram Stories is encouraged but is not required to enter and does not provide an additional entry.
4. Closing date
The promotion will close at 11.59pm on the seventh day after the @craftedatpipit Instagram account reaches 500 followers.
Any entries submitted after the closing time will not be included.
5. Prizes
There will be five winners. Each winner will receive a voucher for 20% off one order from the Crafted at Pipit website.
The voucher:

Is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued

Cannot be exchanged for cash

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer

Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers
Applies to eligible Crafted at Pipit products only and does not apply to postage.
6. Winner selection
Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @craftedatpipit account.
Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this period, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
7. Winner announcement
The five winners will be announced on the @craftedatpipit Instagram Stories following confirmation of their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
By entering the promotion, winners agree that their Instagram username may be shared in the winner announcement.
8. General
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that the promoter reasonably considers to be fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
9. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering this promotion, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the promotion.
