1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• In original condition

2. Non-returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return details.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue.

Items are not considered faulty due to incorrect sizing based on customer measurements. Please ensure you measure your dog carefully before placing an order.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in size and fit may occur and are not considered faults.
